Helping women build the relationships they deserve, starting with themselves.

Polyvagal-informed trauma therapy
  • Looking for more than just conversation and validation? You’re in the right place. Individual sessions emphasize psychoeducation, experiential exercises, and skills practice, alongside thoughtful emotional processing.

Clients in Minnesota may choose between in-person sessions and telehealth, with the flexibility to alternate week to week. For clients in Illinois, telehealth services are available multiple days per week.

  • Are you versed in therapy and want to dive deeper? Or maybe you want to save time & money by attending less frequently? Intensives are a fit for those who wish to gain the benefits of therapy while spending less time away from work, social events, and family commitments. These 90-minute sessions can also be a valuable supplement to the work you’re already doing on your own, outside of session.

  • Want your partner to understand how to best support you? Support person sessions are focused on your individual goals and the practical ways your partner (or another family member) can aid in achieving those goals. This is not couples therapy. Think of it as your therapist aiding you in communicating what you need and providing the clinical education so that you and your significant other can share the same language.

  • Serving as a trusted trainer for Deb Dana’s Foundations of Polyvagal Informed Practice and other offerings, I am equipped to provide education and experiential exercises to therapists, coaches, medical professionals, and bodyworkers interested in learning the basics of Polyvagal Theory.

I also happily offer both remote and in-person individual and/or small group consultation for therapists and coaches who have attended a Polyvagal-informed training or workshop. Please email dara@daradenton.com to inquire about rates and scheduling.
